Fat Burned

assalamualaikum~ :)

Fiuh.. Since I've been eating 2 bungkus of nasi lemak every morning, nasi ayam for lunch everyday, breads for tea time and nasi at midnight, I guess I need to figure something out. This baby *pointing at belly* needs to go away! Disappear.

Besides, I've just spent my 200 bucks on shoes last few months and only wore it once. Have to make sure every penny worth for the frigging cute yet expensive shoes. *sigh*

Singgah site sebelum gerak. Sebab jam kerja belum tamat. Hahahaha!!

Welcome! Hihihi.. Tempat kegemaran. Lokasi dating kegemaran zaman jahiliah dahulu kala. Denai larian di Pengkalan Asam. Very near to our site. Walking distance ajerrr... ;)

The best part kalau kat sini is, titi gantung ini! Naik, haruslah lompat-lompat macam kera supaya titi bergoyang macam gila. Then, once we stepped down, terbaca DILARANG MELOMPAT DI ATAS JAMBATAN. Errr... :P

Hmm... Niat sebenar memang nak bersenam. MEMANG. Tapi, kena lah lepak sat. Wiwiwi.. Jodoh ada di mana-mana. Cuci mata sebelum cuci perut. Usya crush crush lama zaman baru nak up. Hahahaha!! Kidding. :P
So.... Roughly, hari ni kami dah jalan 3 km. No. Slow jog+walk+fast walk+run 3 km. Fuh.

Errr.. Kalau dua bungkus nasi lemak dengan sepinggan nasi ayam, berapa kalori nak kena bakar ehh? Ermm.. Ermm.. :/

Whatevs, I've finished one lap. With sooooo much difficulties. Dah berapa lama tak bersenam hoi! Kat Shah Alam pun, boleh kira dengan sebelah jari ja berapa kali aku pi jog. Tapi hari ni, kira okay lah. First day, first time. Berpeluh laju. First time rasa peluh tumpah ke tanah. :D
Hopefully, there'll be next time! Hopefully, kawan-kawan aku tak hangat-hangat taik ayam, hari ni semangat esok tak mau mai dah la nohh.. Kakaka.. :D
