Blackwood Coffee & Chocolate

assalamualaikum~ :)

You know... My sisters and I, we have this one tradition when we 'have money', we will treat ourselves with something decent and expensive. And by 'have money', aku maksudkan, bila kami dapat durian runtuh. Contohnya, macam dapat duit raya. Tiba-tiba ada duit berkepuk dalam purse. Gittewww.. :D

And, our 'expensive food' masih berada dalam range yang waras lah tapi. Paling mahal kami pernah pi, Secret Recipe lah. We are living in Perlis dudeeeee.. What to expect? Blergh.

So, since this raya also dad gave us money (yayyyy!!), I decided to go for hi-tea with my sisters. To spend money on expensive coffee. And since I'm the oldest sister, I get to decide where I want us to spend our money. Muahahahaha!! Big sister rules! ;)

Then, Blackwood it is.

I've posted few pictures on Instagram just now, and ramai yang tanya pasal cafe ni. Even yang orang Perlis sendiri pun tak tau. Oh well.. Me too. Sebab ni pun first time sampai. Lama sangat di perantauan. Lulz.

So kepada yang tak tau, atau kepada yang nak pi, cafe ni located near C-Mart (kompleks kebanggaan orang Perlis selepas The Store, ehem). Dulu, kat lot ni, ada Husky. But then after few years, it has been replaced by this Blackwood Cafe & Restaurant.

 

There's soooo much to love about this cafe. Despite the fact that it serves you various types of coffee and chocolate beverages, I also loooooove the fact that it has a very nice interior design! Cantik woh. Macam tak percaya yang cafe macam ni wujud kat Perlis. You know... Perlis yang sesetengah orang cakap 'kampung' tuu.. Can go 'booo' them now.

Kalau lepak kat luar, you also get your own pillow to cuddle with. Hahaha.. Which I did not. Err nope. I did, for three flashing seconds, for the sake of this picture only. Haha.. :P

Night time was better. Ahhh... Kat dalam lagi cantik. But since we were chillin outside, didn't get to capture those hanging airplanes inside the cafe. So pretty! :')

I had a cup of hut hazelnut mocha. RM9.90/cup. Nyummylicious! Ni, first time aku minum coffee ada corak bunga macam ni. Precious gila.

Dia punya sayang kat bunga tu, sampai hiruppppppp pelan-pelan kopi tu. Takut bunga hilang. Tsk. Noob. T_______T

Besides coffee and chocolate drinks, cafe ni jugak ada sediakan western food. Segala mak nenek piza, pasta, sandwich lah ada. Dessert line dia jugak adalah menarik baq hang. Crepe itu, crepe ini. Fiuhhh..

Since aku demam, dan selera makan pun sejemput cuma, I ended up with this scramble egg and ham sandwich, RM9.50. Dapdap. Roti dia, WIN. :)

Sister had seafood pasta, RM12.50. Sedap. Dan ada macam-macam gila benda alah dalam tu. Udang lah, ikan lah, clam lah, sotong lah. Hewwww..

The other sister, she had pepperoni pizza, RM14.50. Yang ni...., HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Memand sedap! Brrrrr...

As for dessert, I had this chocolate banana cake, RM7.50. Pehhh.. Sedap! Pisang dia manis. Anak monyet macam aku, dapat pisang manis, memang pehhhhh... Kakaka..

Then, sisters had almond stick, RM6.00 and a piece of black forest cake, RM7.50, which I didn't take any photo of, because by the time those stuffs arrived, I was too busy munching. :D

Oh ya. Cafe ini tidak kenakan sebarang cukai perkhidmatan mahupun cukai kerajaan. That's a lot to YAY at. ;)

The best thing about this cafe is that, THEY ALLOW YOU TO STICK YOUR VERY OWN I-WAS-HERE NOTE ON THE WALL!!

Ahah! Say no to 'conteng meja' and hello to sticky notes! :)

Dinding kedai penuhhhh dengan sticky notes. Colourful. But you see... I didn't get the chance to leave any as my sister was too lazy to return to the counter for the sticky notes and pen after she has settled the bill. Geeee.. Later I must return for that. :/
